Dedicated. I’m committed to providing federal employees with clear, accurate, and helpful information about their retirement benefits. I believe in taking the time to listen, understand each individual’s needs, and make sure they feel informed and confident.

What motivated you to work in this industry, and what do you enjoy most about your role?

I was drawn to federal retirement outreach because I enjoy helping people understand something that has a significant impact on their future. Retirement planning can sometimes feel complicated or overwhelming, so I find it rewarding to simplify it.

If you weren’t in this industry, what career would you have pursued?

I would probably pursue a career in computer technology or IT support. I’ve always enjoyed working with computers, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping people find solutions when they’re having problems with their technology.

How do you stay inspired and continue learning in your field?

I stay inspired by continuing to learn and keeping up with changes that may affect federal employees and their retirement benefits. I also learn from people I work with and the Individuals I assist. Every conversation is an opportunity to gain a different perspective.

If you could share one piece of professional advice with clients, what would it be?

Make the time to understand your benefits, ask questions, and make informed decisions early. The more you understand about your retirement options, the more confident and prepared you can be when the time comes.
